The short version

We collect only what's needed to run the service. We don't track you, we don't show ads, and we never sell or share your data with anyone.

What we collect

Account info: Username, email address, and password (hashed).
Messages and files: The content you send through the service, stored to deliver it to recipients.
Basic server logs: IP addresses and timestamps in standard web server logs, used only for security and debugging.

What we don't do

No analytics or tracking scripts.
No advertising.
No selling, renting, or sharing data with third parties.
No profiling or behavioral analysis.

Where data is stored

All data is stored on a single private server. Nothing is sent to external services except what's required for the service to function (such as email delivery and federated messaging).

Data retention

Your data is kept as long as your account exists. Server logs are rotated regularly and not retained long-term.

Account deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting the server admin. We'll process the request promptly.

Changes

This policy may be updated occasionally. The date at the top will reflect when it was last changed.
